For those who want to attend the picnic only, the price is $16.00 per person only with advance reservations.

Other Special benefits

Special reduced Room Rates: Again this year, we have arranged for a special reduced room rate at the hotel, for those who want to be in the middle of all of the fun and excitement. The hotel is holding a limited number of Deluxe Guest Rooms for us for only $79.00 per night, plus applicable local taxes.

Complete the Required Information box on the reservations form for your arrival dates at the hotel for the reunion. At the bottom of the Optional Information box enter the Group Code MHS in the Group Code box and click on Check Availability To take advantage of this special price benefit, you must make those reservations before April 1 to get that rate confirmed.

As a special concession for our alumni who are registered at the hotel you are given free overnight valet parking. For others, valet parking is available at a reduced rate of $6.00 per event.

Special PICTURE OPPORTUNITY: We have secured the services of the talented photographers from Donald Crabtree's STRIKE@POSE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY.

The photographer will be available to take posed individual or couples color portraits upon your arrival. He will stay around until 10:00 PM taking color action shots of the fun time activities as well as a group photo. Your photo purchases can be printed for you for immediate on the spot delivery. No delay or wait, just use your cash, check or credit card. See the attached Photo Package pricing document below

After the reunion Strike@Pose will work with the Reunion Committee to develop two different memory book formats which you can order in advance or at the party. They will offer either a comprehensive 20 page laminate covered spiral bound color photo album or if you prefer, you may order a CD/DVD of the evening. The album and/or CD/DVD will be mailed to you in about 4 weeks.
