PHOTOGRAPHER

We have arranged for SCOT WILSON, a professional photographer and owner of HOUSTON EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY, to have a booth by the front door of the ballroom. As you first arrive, take a few minutes to have your posed individual picture or with your spouse or escort. Please try to come early and go see Scot to get your picture made before the party starts.

HOUSTON EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY offers a unique benefit not before available to us, thanks to his use of professional grade digital SLR cameras. You will have an opportunity to purchase copies of your picture on the spot. SCOT can print out the picture as you wait. Checks or Cash are required for on the spot purchases. If you prefer to wait, you can review your pictures and select your purchase by going online and pay by credit card or check.

Please do not slow down the photographers work by hanging around his booth talking to your classmates who are in line for their posed portraits. Please, no taking any pictures with your camera or cell phones in the photographer’s work area.

We have booked the services of top notch event disk jockey, MARK (The Bald Man) LINABURY, the creator of KINGWOOD RADIO.COM, to spin records from our 50s era for your listening and dancing enjoyment.

Deluxe Guest Rooms for only $99.00 per night plus applicable local taxes: As a courtesy to our group, the hotel is extending, a limited number of rooms at this special rate for up to four nights, beginning April 15 through April 19 for anyone who wants to come in early and/or stay over later YOU MUST BOOK WITH THE HOTEL BEFORE APRIL 02 TO GET THIS SPECIAL RATE CONFIRMED.

On the hotel’s opening page, complete the Travel Dates and Traveler Information boxes for your requested dates at the hotel for the reunion. Ignore the Rate Preference.box. Then click on the Corporate, Group & IATA Identification line. Make sure the Group Booking Code reads MHS Next click on the Check Availability box. From there follow the on screen instructions. When finished print out your receipt to have your Confirmation Number handy at hotel check in. The receipt incorrectly states the Daily Parking Fee as $24. Be sure to tell the clerk at check in that we have a guaranteed Daily Parking Fee of $13. The hotel will adjust their records to reflect that savings..
